The following refund arrangements will apply to the registrants who are unable to attend the conference, and not in a position to substitute a co-author or a qualified colleague:

(a) The presenter/participant can extend the registration to next year conference, if inform more than 60 days before the event. (b) Cancellations made 120 days or more before the conference: Attendees will receive a 75% of the registration fees, minus a nonrefundable administrative fee of US$50 and any applicable bank transfer fees. (c) Cancellations made between 60 and 120 days before the conference: Attendees will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee, minus a nonrefundable administrative fee of US$50 and any applicable bank transfer fees.

(d) Cancellations made less than 60 days before the conference: No refunds will be issued. But the presenters get the opportunity to do their presentations in the virtual mode and thus they will be eligible to present their paper, publication of the Abstract, to receive a conference eBook and to publication of the Paper in the journal. The Listeners/ participants will get access to listen to the conference presentations, and conference publications.

(e) No-Show Policy:  No refunds will be given for registrants who do not attend the conference without providing prior written notice of cancellation or absent

Note: The conference has to incur some mandatory expenses prior to the event and therefore, it is required to impose a nonrefundable administrative fee of US$50. International payments received through wire transfers will be refunded as wire transfers. Bank charges and credit card fees will not be refunded. Refunds will not be made in cash.  Refunds will take 2-6 weeks to process.

Force Majeure:

The International Center for Research & Development (ICRD) will try its best to host their conferences; however, in any unforeseen occurrence (such as acts of God, pandemic, labour disputes, government restrictions, war and terrorism activity etc.) which is beyond the ICRD control, the ICRD will not hold responsible for any loss or damage of the registered delegates. The ICRD shall have the full right to change the affected conference into a virtual (online) conference or to reschedule it to a later date without any liability and reassured the obligation of the registered delegates with their presentations and publications.
