Refund / Cancellation Policy of ICRD conferences – updated (under covid-19)
The ICRD reserves the right to modify the theme of the conference, to change the location of the conference, to shift the dates of the conference, to reschedule or to postpone the conference and to cancel the conference in consultation with the recommendations of the organizing committee in any unavoidable circumstances beyond ICRD’s control. In such cancellation, the ICRD dose not take any liability whatsoever. However, the ICRD may consider a credit of the paid registration fees for a future conference.
The ICRD reserves the right to modify, revise, change, add or delete any of it’s policies, strategies, rules and regulations, guidelines and procedures from conference to conference as well as from time to time. Any of such change shall not preclude or tarnish harm the relationship between the conference partners, participants or presenters and the ICRD.

Standard Refund Policy
Where the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to colleague or to another event, then the following refund arrangements apply:
(a) Cancellations more than 90 days before the event – 50% of the registration fees* will be refunded after the conference
(B) Cancellations less than 90 days before the event– not eligible for a refund. However, the registration category will be transferred to the virtual presentation category and will be eligible to review process, to receive a conference book and to publication of the paper.
*Fund transfer fee & administrative fee of US$65 should be deducted.

The registration fees will not be refunded if your paper has been reviewed and accepted by the Editor
The registration fees will not be refunded once the invitation letter for visa purposes has been issued.
